Meditation – ease the fear of flying


Does the thought of flying make your palms sweaty?  Do you find yourself making alternative travel plans just to avoid flying?

Many people are restricted by their fear of flying. CTV news found that majority of people who fear flying, actually fear having panic attacks while flying.
