Yash Lamba said " The book is a Labour of love and appears to be very inspiring. We will read the book over the next few weeks or so. [...] We indeed feel fortunate living here in Ottawa where all of you are doing such a selfless service for our community."

Want rahter than need decides whther there will be greed which if satisfied leads to more want. If not not satisfied leads to anger. Humans live in the demonaic zones of want, desire, lust, greed and anger in the three lower psychic centres or chakras. Unless one transcends the delusion and illusion of me and mine, ascent is impossible. Possessiveness is the block.

It is a rare privelidge to come across such human beings, who are apostles of divinity and a Guru's message and grace to others. Salutations to Snehji and her loved ones.

In the Gita based on which this book was written says the knowledge about why a human expression, was first given by a Son of God to the dynasty of the Sun. Harmlessness in thought, word and deed is therefore the code of human existence since eons.

Everybody wants to learn meditation. It is practiced by millions in differently imagined ways. They are all useful small steps because humankind moves gradually closer towards the Source through millions of cycles of life-and-death. This book is a scientific treatise of understanding among friends.

Meditation is about becoming thought-free. As long as there are thoughts, there is a Mind. Behind the 'no-mind' is Silence. Here you hear the 'roar' of the 'Word'- the First of all God's Creation.

This document was created over 12 years ago. Many advances by other authors have supplanted usefulness of this material. There are still some CD's left and are useful as foundational material for nurses, medical students and emergency care students.

A sage once said "If we were meant to be carnivora, we would have teeth of a cat. We have teeth like those of a cow and are supposed to be vegetarians." Our children of present humanity must know that - many are instinctively vegetarians of every shade. Many do not know how to prepare such meals. Learn from Sneh's cookbooks. She has another book titled 'Sweet, Sour and Spicy' which gives you short cuts to quick meals and chutneys. University and college students should find this book useful.

Humankind needs air to survive off the planet's gifts. Mother Nature needs water to be productive for creature and plant needs. Humanity is bent on poluting the air and water. Are we on a path of self-destruct?
